The Story
Bata is a worldwide well known brand, being one of the most successfully franchising multi-site stores.
Bata is present in Italy as Compar Bata Spa since 1931, being leader in the national footwear trade.
The Background
Business in Bata store runs very fastly. During weeks and expecially weekends thousands of customers are visiting the shops to purchase a pair of shoes. The NEED of the shop was an easy-to-programm till, with reliable and fast thermal printer to issue immediately receipts avoiding queues at the front end.
The Challenge
The solution of RCH was the suppling of NUCLEO,
that is in use on BATA stores since 2002.
Nowadays the system is being replaced by the even more efficient and modern PC GLOBE.
Matching perfectly the advantages of the fastest printer on the market (220 mm/sec) with the benefits of a built-in CPU in Bata Store is now possible run the sales very smoothly, making possible a wide range of reports, sales, CRM.
As well many connectivity possibilities make the system fully customisable and upgradable with for example additional slip printers, External Graphic Customer Display 7”, or other peripherals.
